decorated bank

I took a Tootsie Roll Bank, and decorated it up a bit so it fits onto my desk nice and pretty.  Sneaky little trick to keep the men of my house out of my candy.   :)

I used a Sherri Baldy My-Besties Clear stamp called "Belinda Beehive"  I have to admit, that I don't have much imagination when it comes to color, so I mainly
followed the pretty picture on front of the stamp package.

Old photo

I was going through some old photos today, and ran across my favorite photo of my mom and grandma.
So, I thought I would share it on my blog today, just in case I ever lose it, I'll have it here.

My mom is on the left,  that is my gram in the middle, and that is me on the right.   Gram would have hated that I posted this online.  She didn't like this photo, she thought she stood out too much.  I think she looks perfect!  Mom would probably be mad too, so shh, don't tell her. hahhaa

I was so blessed to have wonderful caring women in my life.

Baby, its cold outside!!!

It was 30 below!!  Hard to believe.  The car doors were even frozen shut, and our windows had ice formed on them.
While I am not so fond of the cold, I just adore snowmen!  This snowman is from Sunsational stamps.  It comes in both digital and paper piecing form.  I chose the digi stamp and made it a 3d
card by layering it up.  Cute don't you think?  I love this technique if I don't say so myself.  LOL

Thanks for taking a peak.

I am entering this card into the winter/snow challenge at Scrapbook Blessings Club here: http://scrapbookblessings.blogspot.com/2014/01/challenge-10-celebrate-winter.html
