Square card digi is called Fairy mask 3,designed by Marianne Mathiasen and can be found at http://www.scrapbookstampsociety.com/
I printed this out rather large for a card, so I think I am going to frame it and put it on the wall. You can't tell from my photo but the wings are done with hallographic embossing powder.
