White blue and yellow! Feels like Summer to me!

This card just feels like summer to me!  I am so ready for some sun and a little heat.  Remind me of this if you hear me complaining that it is too hot later on this summer. LOL

Clean and Simple Challenge Sketch #71 closes May 30

I am always up for a good clean and simple challenge.  Fact is, my embellishing skills Stink!!!  LOL

CAS is holding a great sketch challenge, and this is my entry.

Showers

For my card I used the paper for my design.  I cut out a regular A-4 card, and then for a 3d effect, I cut out an extra umbrella and layered it with foam tape.
For my sentiment I cut out an extra piece of cardstock, then used a Martha Stewart border to make
a fancy edge and stamped it.
Thanks for taking a peak at my card.  Very simple and fun to make.  How it will inspire someone.

Princess Twinkletoes Live life to the fullest

This card was so much fun to make. I used all sorts of dies, a digi stamp and a regular stamp. There is a Sherri Baldy birdcage die, memory box butterfly die, and spellbinders die. I'm not sure where my sentiment stamp came from because I took it off my mat and through it in a box. LOL Oh, the digi is Princess Twinkletoes.

I am very much a homebody. In fact I have a close friend that I would love to visit in Texas, but I am a big chicken.
I would like to change that this year.  New Beginnings so to speak.  My sentiment on here says: "Live Life to the Fullest"   So Here is to me, living life to the fullest and going to visit my friend this year!  Wish me luck.  I can do it!

Happy Mother's Day

I had my orders taken care of so it was time to make my own mother a Mother's day card.  I used a fabric
butterfly from Jolees, 2 mini buttons, a spellbinders die cut, pearl pen, and Copic Markers.

Mother's Day card in purple!

I am loving this card. My friend asked me to make 3 cards for her, and this is the first.  She gave me free range
to do anything I want on the card as long as I used a Bestie, and it said Happy Mother's day on the front.
I am so happy to hear she is thrilled with it.  :)  Hopefully the person she gifts this to will love it also.

Spring Layout

Yay, it's spring!  I finally got to open the windows and sleep with them open last night.  Felt so nice to

feel the cool breeze, and hear the pitter patter of the rain.  I look forward to the next night I can do this.

My layout is a photo of me on the first warm day of spring this year.  We still have plenty of snow, but the air

was warm enough to go without a coat.
