snowflake layover $1.00

I thought this would be a really cool file, with just white and blue, but it really lacks something for me. Maybe a sparkling white paper would have been more of what I wanted.
There are two overlays the one on bottom I did in blue has a rectangle cut out in it, the top one is the snowflake frame. The stamps I used was from the stampin up great groupings collection. You can email me at ShersL84bed@aol.com if you would like this file.
