$1.00 Single Snowflake cutout with frame, card layover

This is a quick and easy fun file too. The giant snowflake is cut out of the blue paper. Then that darker color blue is added to the edge of where it was cut out.

$1.00 shaped window card overlay with frame svg file

snowflake layover $1.00

I thought this would be a really cool file, with just white and blue, but it really lacks something for me. Maybe a sparkling white paper would have been more of what I wanted.
There are two overlays the one on bottom I did in blue has a rectangle cut out in it, the top one is the snowflake frame. The stamps I used was from the stampin up great groupings collection. You can email me at ShersL84bed@aol.com if you would like this file.

These are simple overlays, that have been stamped in the middle. It has an oval cut out, and then an oval shaped frame on top of that.
