a few faves from 2011

These are just a few of my favorite cards from 2011

I'm still learning, so it will be fun to compare these cards to next years cards. I would like to thanks Sweet Stamping Treats, Made Especially, and Addicted to Stamps for allowing me a place on their Design Teams. Its the end of the road for me at Made especially and for Sweet Stamping Treats, but I hope to contingue on with Sherri's dream team from Addicted to Stamps.

Thankful Thursday giveaway

I ran across the Thankful photo challenge at DL.ART blog. http://dianamlarson.blogspot.com Of course the first thing you think of is your family, but you are not allowed to say who you are thankful for, but what you are thankful for.

My mind started to think, and it would still be the time I spend with my family. Our best family time is spent CAMPING. No running water, No electricity, just the four of us, a lake, a rowboat, and a pop-up camper. We love it. We spend time fishing, swimming, walking trails, geocaching, playing games, charades, cards, ring toss, bocci ball.

My favorite thing is our pop up camper because I hate sleeping on the hard ground.

German Bell

Although you can't really tell, this ornament is in Gold embossed paper, with Silver ribbon. I just love it. It only takes 1 piece of 12 x 12 paper, and there are no cuts, just folds.
I found the tutorial for it at: http://www.ttinkerplanett.com/
I am entering it into their German Bell Challenge.

Free card svg file

I really like this digi- designed by Sherri Baldy. It can be bought at http://www.scrapbookstampsociety.com/

This shaped card svg file is designed by me, and is free for you this week. I tend to lose my files shortly after that amount of time. lol

You can contact me at ShersL84bed@aol.com if you would like this free file.

Snowflakes with images on them.

I made a snowflake the other day, and liked it so much that I decided to make a few more. 3 of the images came from http://www.scrapbookstampsociety.com/ and were designed by Sherri Baldy and Heather Valentin. The other image of the fairy was a stamp from sweet pea stamps, I am unsure of who the designer is. Thanks for taking a peak.

I am entering this little girl singing snowflake to http://scrapbookstampsocietychallengeblog.blogspot.com/
