Free Valentine's Card svg file

This is the file that I originally created for my Valentine's card below a couple posts. I am going to try it with these colors because I like it better.
If you would like to use the arrow as a spinner, make sure you either layer a couple arrows, or use cardstock to get it firmer. I used a brad to attach it.
